Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping as part of special promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Please ensure that the correct shipping address and contact number are provided to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment details or tracking information (where available) via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided,
  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The order is refused without a valid reason,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
